Do I need a license to try the SDK?
No — the community tier is free for evaluation and prototyping. You need SDK Pro ($499/yr) when you ship a commercial product.
How are model licenses counted?
Per model, per year, per product line — unlimited devices within that product. Enterprise includes all marketplace models.
Can agents run without internet?
Yes. Agents execute on-device; notifications queue and deliver when connectivity returns. The cloud is for fleet management, not inference.
Do you support ROS 2?
Spatial Robot ships with ROS 2 Humble drivers publishing depth, point cloud, and IMU topics; Spatial Vision publishes depth and camera-info topics.
What about privacy / GDPR?
Depth-only sensing captures no identifiable images. People analytics run on silhouettes — most customers clear privacy review without masking.
Can you build custom hardware?
Yes — OEM modules, custom optics, and housings from 5k units. Talk to sales.
